Within our modern quality assurance, we carry out process controls independently and simultaneusly during production, as well as final controls on the finished products. With the most modern application solutions for computers, tablets and mobile phones, specially developed for our company needs, we carry out measurements and also use them for the subsequent, fully automated documentation. An optical measurement center is used to be able to measure the smallest products with fine tolerances in a process-reliable manner. The possibility of serial measurement up to 100 products at once at the push of a button also makes it possible for us to meet even more customer requirements.
